In these terms and conditions, “we / our / us” represents Czon Pty Ltd, Wing Sze Wong, Czon Wong and all relevant personnel or entities; “you / your” represents you as a participant in our workshops, classes, retreats or activities (“Events”). By registering for, making a payment for, or participating in our Events, you agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions, please leave this website immediately and terminate your registration or participation in any Events.
1. Statement of Liability and Risk
- 1.1We reserve the right of final decision on the eligibility of all Participants. We reserve the right to terminate a Participant's participation at any time during an Event. Participants shall not claim from us, or any relevant personnel or entities, for any loss as a result of such termination.
- 1.2We reserve the right of final decision on Event management. If an Event is cancelled, delayed or has a date and/or time change, Participants shall not claim from us, or any relevant personnel or entities, for any loss as a result of such cancellation, delay or change.
- 1.3Any personal safety threat, personal injury, death, harm or financial loss as a result of personal negligence, natural disasters, accidents or other causes of force majeure shall be borne by the Participants themselves. Participants shall not claim from us, or any relevant personnel or entities, for any loss in relation to these situations.
- 1.4By participating in any Event, Participants are deemed to declare on their own behalf that they understand the risks that may arise from the Event. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their physical and mental condition is suitable for participation. They also declare that they are in good physical and mental condition and that they have no illness that makes them unsuitable for the Event. Participants also exempt us, and all relevant personnel or entities, from any legal liability related to their participation in our Events.
- 1.5We do not guarantee any specific results or responses after using our services.
2. Events Terms and Conditions
- 2.1There is no refund for any Event.
- 2.2Date changes are not permitted for any Event.
- 2.3Participants may transfer their right to participate to others.
- 2.4If an Event (except for Retreats) is cancelled or postponed by us for any reason, your full payment will be transferred directly to the next possible Event. No refunds will be provided.
- 2.5Gifts for workshops are limited to first-time participants only.
- 2.6Early Bird Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
3. Privacy Policy
- 3.1We will comply with and fulfil any privacy law or principles, and ensure the accuracy and security of your personal data. Your personal data may be used for telephone, email, social media and messaging app communication, promotional activities, research, and other communication and promotional purposes. If you wish to stop receiving the above information or have any questions, please email support@czonwong.com.
- 3.2All charges are collected through the third-party online payment systems PayPal, Stripe or Airwallex. Your credit card information will only be used for the charge. We will never retain any related information or use it for any other purpose.
- 3.3Participants agree to and authorise us, without notifying or acquiring consent from the Participants, to use photos, portraits, images and sounds of the Participants taken during Events, in any place or channel, for promotional or non-promotional purposes. We are not required to provide any form of remuneration to the Participant or any other person in this regard.
4. Other
- 4.1In the event of any incompleteness or inaccuracy in these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to amend or change them without notice. In case of any dispute, our decision shall be final and binding.
- 4.2If the laws of any jurisdiction make all or any part of these Terms and Conditions invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such terms or portions of them (as the case may be) are deemed to be deleted from these Terms and Conditions where possible. This does not affect the legal effect and enforcement of this clause in other jurisdictions, nor the legal validity and enforcement of the remaining clauses of these Terms and Conditions.
